Pinguicula "Yucca Do 1713"

Pinguicula “Yucca do 1713” is a Mexican species closely related to P. esseriana. The summer rosette, measuring 2-4 cm, consists of sticky pink leaves with curled edges. During winter, it produces a smaller, denser rosette of green succulent leaves. It flowers in late winter, displaying white to occasionally pale lilac blossoms with a violet stigma and a small yellow center. Leaf color shifts according to light intensity, ranging from green to pink or purple-green tones.

Pinguicula change leaf form in response to seasonal changes and conditions, particularly for Mexican and other tropical species
