Our Shipping Policy

Handling Time

We ship plants year-round. Typical handling time is 2-5 business days.  Shipments are sent out each week on Monday or Tuesday (excluding Holidays). This ensures that packages are not held in the post office over the weekend. 

 

Shipping Time

When purchasing shipping label. We recommend picking the fastest method base on your location. Live Arrival Guarantee is only valid in Priority or Express Shipping with an estimate shipping date of 1 - 4 days

Shipments to the west coast and prairies typically take 1-2 days. Shipments to the east coast and northern territories typically take 2-3 days. These delivery dates are consistent, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by Holidays, Strikes and/or Weather Conditions.

 

Lost Package

Once your package is Shipped, it will be out of our facility and marked as Completed and out of our system. You will receive an EMAIL with your Tracking Number and estimate time of arrival.  Please monitor this and be home to prevent delays and theft. The sooner you notify us of the delay the faster we can open a DISPUTE with the Courier and get your refund back!

 

Live Arrival Guarantee 

We ensure all plants that leave our nursery are healthy and well packaged. We are confident that they will arrive in good health and continue to thrive in your care. If a plant arrives in rough shape, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package with a *CLEAR photo of the WHOLE PLANT and we will provide store credit or a replacement.

 

Please note that minor damage, yellowing of a leaf or browning of a few roots is not uncommon when shipping plants and does not qualify. Plants will not be covered if left unattended outside during hot or cold conditions.
