Pinguicula gigantea is one of the largest species of pinguicula reaching upwards of 30 cm in diameter! P. gigantea is the only butterwort that produces mucilage on both sides of its leaves. Additionally this species produces no real winter rosette meaning sticky leaves year-round! P. gigantea is the best option for year-round fungus gnat and fruit fly control.
